Sustainability & Education Immersion Week

The participation to all events in the SEIW-PANAMA is free of charge.
Panama is opening its doors for participants to have the opportunity to visit and learn from government agencies, educational institutions and private sector to collectively collaborate in creating innovative instruments to boost student mobility, transnational education (TNE) (in the short- and medium-term) and Clean Growth (in the long-term).
"Education above all"
Considering that Panama is one of the only three carbon negative countries in the world, acknowledging the economic opportunities for Clean Growth, and the potential to work together to influence and inspire other countries by showcasing successes, the Embassy of Panama in the United Kingdom, in partnership with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and the Department of Business & Trade (DBT), are organising the first of its kind initiative called “Sustainability & Education Immersion Week" - SEIW taking place at a later date in the year 2023 in Panama (an in-person event).
A week to join forces to explore the theme of "Sustainability & Education" - ESG - environmental, social and corporate governance factors" - the benchmark for socially responsible investing (SRI).
The role of the Embassy of Panama in the UK is to solely coordinate and facilitate the SEIW. Delegates are expected to cover their own personal expenses (to be paid directly to service providers).
